Training and Development

We understand the importance of training and development and have put in place a number of initiatives targeted towards individuals, depending on the stage they find themselves at in their career.

We offer all of our trainees the opportunity to attend six half-day in-house training sessions per year. These are supplemented by monthly seminars on selected topics.

We are corporate members of a university-based Continuous Professional Development Programme offering our staff the facility to attend seminars on a range of subjects.

We have a structured APC Training Programme that has been approved by the RICS and we are familiar with the associated mentoring requirements. We also offer support to those individuals studying for membership of the CIOB.
